More About Me

Growing
up in southeast, Michigan, my parents instilled in me an appreciation for
family, nature, community, and the brief that I could achieve any goal with
hard work and determination.  My parents focused on providing their
children with a quality family life.  I earned a Bachelor in Criminal
Justice at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and a Master’s degree in
Information Technology at Eastern Michigan University, in Ypsilanti,
Michigan.  I spent 31 years as a Law Enforcement Officer, rising to the
rank of Lieutenant.  As a police executive, I learned how to be patient,
detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for neighborhoods.

I
moved to Florida and bring my experience in law enforcement to Century 21
Beggins Enterprises.  I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits
of living and working in Florida. I understand the abundant benefits of life in
the Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota areas are with its unmatched
weather, culture, and diversity.

I
enjoy spending time with my wife and family.  I enjoy traveling,
roller-skating, running, and photography.

After
buying, selling, and renovating my own home, I know how stressful and confusing
the process can be, especially for first time homebuyers.  As your full
time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your
experience as pleasurable as possible.  I believe in integrity, honesty,
hard work, and professionalism.

As
your Realtor, I will be an advocate for you.  Whether you are buying or
selling, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests.  When you
are selling your home, I will work with you to get you the fairest price by
using state of the art technology, and Century 21 Beggins Enterprises superior
marketing materials. When you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with
the best market data to assist you so you can be a well-informed buyer with the
strongest possible negotiating position.

It
would be a pleasure and an honor to work for you.
